AZURE FUNDAMENTALS AND AZURE ADMINISTRATOR COURSES HAVE CHANGED THEIR DATES

Continuing with the training calendar that CIXUG and the three Galician universities offer to their personnel, the following courses will be held:

  • AZ-900: Microsoft Azure Fundamentals
  • AZ-104: Microsoft Azure Administrator

Both courses, aimed at ICT personnel and given by PUE (Proyecto Universidad Empresa S.L.), cover teachings and provide knowledge about cloud computing and its models and services in public, private or hybrid cloud. In addition, both primary and more specialised Azure solutions and services will be covered, with concepts related to security, privacy, compliance, networks and virtual machines, network traffic, storage and backups, among others.

These courses were in great demand and were very well received, which led to a change in the dates of impartation so that all enrolled personnel could make better use of them and, incidentally, have a private group exclusive to CIXUG.

As a result, the Azure courses are confirmed as follows:

    • AZ-900: Microsoft Azure Fundamentals: a 6-hour session on Friday 29 April, from 09:00 to 15:00 h, with a private group for CIXUG, formed by the 21 people registered to belong to the University of Vigo and the University of A Coruña.
    • AZ-104: Microsoft Azure Administrator: 5 sessions of 6 hours to be held in the week from 23 to 27 May (Monday to Friday) from 09:00 to 15:00 h, with a private group for CIXUG formed by 16 people belonging to the University of A Coruña and the University of Vigo.

The changes are already updated in the course catalogues, located in the "Training" section of the website.
